When can I pick up the vehicle?
Our normal operating hours are between 10am and 6pm. Any pickups/dropoffs outside of those hours will require an additional service charge.
Do you offer hourly rentals?
Yes, we do offer hourly rates on all of our inventory during the weekdays, and most weekends. However, all daily renters will get first choice.
Do you have to be over 21 to rent a slingshot?
Yes, all renters must be 21 and older with a valid drivers license to rent the slingshots, but for our scooters, you can be 18 or older.
How many miles do I get with my rental?
All vehicles come with unlimited miles, just as long as you stay in the State.
Why do I have to leave a security deposit?
Due to the extremely high cost to replace the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable security deposit for all our rentals The deposit is $500 for any of our trikes and $100 for our scooters- This amount may vary depending on the level of insurance you carry. The deposit is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. This usually takes 3-5 business days after the end of your rental. If there are any additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card.
If there is damage when I return the car, does my insurance cover that?
We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers scrape a wheel, scratch a front bumper or bubble a tire (to name but three). These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.
